Hugo works with the National Health Service in UK (NHS) as a moderniser, discovering which patient services have become out of date and helping the front-line and supporting staff to modernise them through a variety of methods including team building, role redesign and process mapping (sometimes called Clinical Systems Improvement or Lean Thinking).  His Curriculum Vitae can be found here.
